Labtec PRO enables all parts of an SCBA to be tested within a single, automated test procedure, cutting test time by almost half compared to previous test systems. Test results can be stored either as a complete system record or as separate protocols linked to individual serial numbers, ensuring full traceability while minimizing manual interaction.
The integrated software goes beyond testing by supporting service and maintenance logging, easily selected prior to each test. It also allows other types of equipment with recurring control or service needs to be included, such as cylinders or cutting tools. A clear, color-coded visual overview highlights equipment approaching due dates for testing or inspection, with freely configurable reminder periods. Customized reports provide both historical insight and forward-looking planning, for example identifying how many SCBA units will require a 10‑year service within a selected timeframe.
Labtec PRO is designed for long-term, low-effort operation, requiring only annual calibration and limited lubrication of the test head, depending on usage. The system supports multiple locations, user roles with configurable permissions, local or server-based installations, and optional hardware accessories, including adapters and an integrated PC solution.
It can perform full performance test of respiratory masks, regulators, SCBAs, chemical protective suits, and diving equipment. It supports testing across low, medium, and high‑pressure ranges in accordance with manufacturer specifications as well as national and international standards.
The system automates the testing process with minimal user interaction, ensuring fast, repeatable, and reliable results. Labtec PRO features analogue pressure gauges that provide pneumatic redundancy and the warning signal test is completely automated using an integrated microphone.
