The DP1 Pro System is designed for military, rescue, inspection, and commercial teams that require rapid deployment, reliable performance, and minimal logistical burden. From swift water operations to remote locations with limited transport capacity, its combination of lightweight components and rugged construction offers an unmatched level of operational flexibility. Engineered exclusively for the Divator Pro platform, the DP1 Pro System brings together lightweight mobility, dependable breathing performance, and high operational safety. As a high pressure surface supply system, it enhances diver mobility and efficiency through its ultra lightweight supply hose, compact surface panel, and full compatibility with the Divator Pro configuration.
Pro P+ Supply Hose
The Pro P+ hose delivers high pressure directly to the diver and integrates seamlessly with the Divator Pro breathing apparatus. This removes the need for manual pressure adjustments at the surface, reduces system complexity, and ensures stable breathing performance at any working depth. Despite its strength, the hose is extremely compact. With an outer diameter of only 10 mm, a 60 meter length weighs less than 5 kg—approximately 90% lighter than a traditional low pressure umbilical. This results in:
• Greater diver maneuverability and reduced fatigue
• Significantly less resistance in currents
• Faster deployment and recovery
• Reduced storage and transport volume
The hose is also approved as a 900 kg / 2000 lbs safety line, providing a single integrated lifeline without added bulk. Optional communication cables, available with several connector standards, can be wrapped around the hose for a clean and streamlined setup.
DP1 Pro Supply Panel
The DP1 Pro surface panel is built for robustness and ease of use, providing full operational control in a compact, field ready package. Two independent high pressure connections allow the use of individual cylinders or cylinder packs as the gas source. A built in automatic shuttle valve enables smooth cylinder changes without interrupting the diver’s supply. A non return valve prevents unintended backflow, while the intuitive interface enables the attendant to focus on diver supervision rather than continuous adjustments.
• No manual depth adjustments required – the diver’s regulator manages pressure compensation
• Compact and portable – ideal for remote and challenging environments
• Clear, simple interface – improves operational awareness and reduces training time
• Delivered with safety belt, pressure relief handle, and “OPEN” indicator
Complete System Compatibility
The system is compatible with Divator Pro regulators equipped with the DP1 connection. Such regulators can be used as bailout units, providing:
• Immediate redundancy in case of surface supply interruption
• Full cylinder availability for decompression or extended ascent
• Equipment commonality across dive teams
Every operation is different, which is why the DP1 Pro system is built on a modular configuration platform. Configuration options include:
• Pressure panel with bar or psi gauge
• Hose lengths from 10 to 120 m
• Multiple communication cable options
• Depth marking alternatives
• Carrying and deployment solutions, including winding frame, Pelicase, and soft bag
• Optional Octopus connected to the Pro+ regulator
This modularity allows organizations to tailor the system to their operational profile—whether optimizing for ultra light mobility or preparing for multi diver missions with integrated communications and redundancy.
