Preventive actions of Interspiro due to the COVID-19 pandemic

We monitor the everyday situation closely and work continuously with collecting information from our vendors worldwide. To minimize the risk of lack of components we also actively search and work with alternative suppliers.

To prevent the spread of the Covid-19-virus in our factory, we have implemented the following actions:

• No visitors are allowed inside the Interspiro factory.
• All necessary external contacts (couriers, truck drivers etc...) are not allowed to enter inside the factory. All paper work is handled in a special area outside while keeping recommended distance from our personnel.
• The work for all workers in our factory is organized in two shifts with a 30 minutes break between the shifts while the premises are cleaned and ventilated.
  The main reasons for shift working are:

- To decrease the amount of people in working areas, so everyone is able to keep recommended distances.

- The first shift never meets the second shift and that minimalizes the risk of spreading an infection between the two working shifts.

• Disinfection liquids for hands as well as for working areas are available at all working areas and all employees always clean their hands properly after leaving their working space.

• All employees who have possibility to do their work from distance are strictly recommended to work from home, but if there are specific needs to be at work, they will only work one of shifts.
