Note
INTERSPIRO will issue a certificate for the participants of the seminar confirming the handling and maintenance skills required for the products. Only persons which possess a valid certificate and are thus authorised by INTERSPIRO may perform repair/service work. The certificate is valid for 3 years.

Hotel reservation
On request, INTERSPIRO will make hotel reservations for the participants in a contract hotel. The costs for accommodation including breakfast are EUR 78,50. 

Registration
For registration, you may either use the registration form, or send us an e-mail (heike.rodermund@interspiro.com) or a fax (+49 (0)40 3003 1517 20). Registration by phone is not possible.
The number of participants is limited. Registrations will be processed in the order received.

Fees
The seminar prices indicated refer to 1 participant and include all documents required for the seminar as well as the use of devices and tools required during the training.
The seminar fees are due according to the invoice. Costs for the trip to and from the seminar place as well as hotel costs are not included in the price.
The seminar fees include drinks during the breaks/seminar and food during the seminar breaks.

Withdrawal and cancellation
Seminar registrations must be cancelled in written form. For cancellations up to 7 days before the seminar date, 50 % of the seminar fees will be charged. For cancellations after the start of the seminar or in default of appearance, the whole seminar fees must be paid. Hotel reservations may only be cancelled with a lead time of 7 days. Otherwise, the whole costs must be paid.

> INTERSPIRO reserves the right to cancel seminars which are not occupied or seminars for important reasons.

Certificate
At the end of the seminar, each participant will receive a certificate confirming that they have attended the seminar and that they are authorised to perform the activities according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
