We have updated our training program to now have three different levels:

Level 1 - User
Training in the use of a breathing apparatus including re-set before the next use and how to change the cylinder. These courses are product specific and are available to everyone in our eLearning. 

Level 2 - Maintenance technician
Training to keep the SCBAs in service. It includes annual service with visual inspection and performance test on approved test equipment.  Extended mask and breathing valve cleaning is also included in this step. ???

Level 3 - Service technician
Training covering all service and repair that the user may perform on our breathing apparatus. In order to be certified at this level, you must first have attended a theoretical part of our eLearning, completed a physical part of the course and completed the final course exam in our eLearning. 
An online certificate extension is done every three years, which updates you on what has happened since you became certified.
